Payment Policy

1. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Processed securely through Stripe
  • PayPal: For online payments
  • Cash: Pay directly to the driver upon completion of service

2. Payment Processing

All online payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways (Stripe and PayPal). We do not store your complete credit card information on our servers.

When you choose to pay online, you will be redirected to a secure payment page where you can complete your transaction safely.

3. Pricing

Trip prices are calculated based on:

  • Distance between pickup and dropoff locations
  • Vehicle type selected
  • Trip type (one-way or return)
  • Additional services or special requests

All prices are displayed in your selected currency before you confirm your booking. The price shown at booking is the final price you will pay.

4. Booking Confirmation

For online payments (Stripe/PayPal), your booking is confirmed immediately upon successful payment. For cash payments, your booking is confirmed when you complete the booking form, and payment is due to the driver upon service completion.

5. Cancellation Policy

Free Cancellation: Cancel up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time for a full refund.

Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup may incur a 50% cancellation fee.

No-Show: If you do not show up at the scheduled pickup time without prior cancellation, no refund will be provided.

To cancel a booking, please contact us through WhatsApp or email as soon as possible.

6. Refunds

Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method. For cash bookings, no advance payment is required, so no refund is necessary.

If you experience any issues with your service, please contact us immediately. We will review your case and may offer a partial or full refund at our discretion.

7. Currency

Prices are displayed in the currency configured in our system settings. Exchange rates for international payments are determined by your payment provider (Stripe or PayPal).

8. Additional Charges

The following may result in additional charges:

  • Waiting time beyond the included grace period
  • Route changes requested during the trip
  • Additional stops not specified in the original booking
  • Damage to the vehicle caused by passengers

Any additional charges will be communicated to you before they are applied.

9. Disputes

If you have any concerns about a charge or payment, please contact us within 7 days of your trip. We will investigate and respond to your inquiry promptly.
